This practice is inspired by the five elements: earth, water, fire air and space. Each element has its own traits, poses and energy. Learn how to harness each element for a full body practice that allows you to explore any terrain. Whether you are a surfer looking to harness the elements of water, air and space or the trail runner connecting with fire, earth and air, you will find a unique connection between this practice and the adventures you embark on throughout the year. Participants will gain access to a digital copy of poses and elements in order to create their own unique practice anywhere and anytime.
